The Company had established in 1973 at Kovilpatti in the name of ‘Modern Engineering Constructions’. It started servicing by preparing plans for municipal approval and layout drawings for residential and commercial buildings in around Kovilpatti. The Company extends its services into Building Construction in 1985 and started branches in Sivakasi & Coimbatore to serve other area of Tamilnadu as ‘Modern Builders Company’.

It also started ‘Modern Architectural Consultants’ specialized in Architectural Design. In 2006, it grows internationally and started office in London in the name of ‘AarcIcon’ to cater the NRI Clients and gradually moved into Project Management & Coordination services
